By creating an account you agree to use Space lawfully, provide accurate profile information, and not scrape, spam, or misrepresent engagements.

Briefs and proposals are offers of work, not guaranteed contracts. Payments and escrow are not yet provided in Space; parties remain responsible for how they pay each other outside the product.

Accepted engagements, conversations, completion, and reviews stay in Space. Seerist is a separate related product, promoted through ordinary external links only. There is no shared workspace or transfer of your marketplace data to that app.

Space records the proposal you accept but does not guarantee delivery, verify legal enforceability, collect payment, or provide escrow. Clients and builders must agree directly on scope, intellectual property, payment schedules, cancellation, and any separate contract. Platform reports and review disputes concern marketplace safety and content; they are not financial arbitration or payment protection.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations. Content you post remains yours; you grant us a license to host and display it to operate the marketplace.
