What we collect

Account data (email, name), profile content you publish, briefs, proposals, messages, device and usage events needed to run the marketplace, and files you upload to Object Storage.

How we use it

To authenticate you, match talent to briefs, send transactional email, operate moderation, support marketplace activity and improve ranking. We do not sell personal data or transfer marketplace data to the separate Seerist app.

Processors

Neon (database, auth, functions, storage), Vercel (frontend hosting), OpenRouter or Neon AI Gateway (optional AI assist), Sequenzy and Resend (transactional email), HubSpot (CRM and site analytics), and PostHog (product analytics, error tracking, and configured session replay). Our database is hosted in the United States; the Space PostHog project uses its EU ingestion region. Other processors may process data in additional regions under their own service arrangements.

Your rights

You may view and edit your profile in the app. For account deletion, identity-email changes, access requests, or privacy questions, email info@seerist.xyz. We retain moderation records as needed for safety.
